Refund Policy

Animal Alliance sessions require a 100% up front deposit to make an appointment.  You may make an appointment by using the online calendar provided through the website, by email or by phone contact.  Each appointment requires at least 24 hours to cancel in order to have the ability to reschedule your session.  If it is within a 24 hour period when you cancel (or miss) your appointed session, you will not receive a refund.  Thank you for your consideration in following through with your appointment day/time and also for communicating clearly when you need to reschedule your appointment to a future date that works best for you.
